Background: Epidemic preventive management during the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic may have negatively impacted perioperative outcomes in patients with traumatic spinal cord injury (SCI). However, little is known about relationship between epidemic and delirium after SCI. Here, we clarified predictors of SCI surgery.
